Cheapest upgrade.

I haven't looked at tech lately and I just want a refresh. 

 

A new CPU, motherboard, and storage solution (SSD) is in order.

 

I would like some help finding the best value in an upgrade for my needs which are:

 

-Lots of internet browsing

-Light gaming

-Possible future video/photo editing

-Form factor is not a concern

-Needs to support DDR3

-Not looking for anything overclockable/super high end.

 

Currently I have a FX-8150 on a 990FX Sabertooth board.

SSD boot drive failed on me and I want an affordable replacement 120-480g capacity to save me from slow HDD hell...

Cheapest would probably be the new ssd.

Get a new SSD, Crucial BX100 or Samsung 850 EVO ;)

Wait for Black Friday if u want the cheapest upgrade and get 256gb-480gb SSD from Crucial, Samsung or Intel depending on which ones go on sale.

In terms of CPU and Mobo there isnt any worth upgrade from AMD atm. To notice a difference you would have to go Intel path (i5-4690/Xeon, H81/97).
