Any idas?

(i would like also a suggestion for a recovery program, so i can test the wipe afterwards)

Hey there NetifxSixteen,

A full format from the OS should do the job pretty well. Using a tool to fill the card a few times after that and reformatting it again should make all the data completely irrecoverable. You can also use a zero writing application to fill everything with zeros. I could suggest using WD Data Lifeguard Diagnostic tool: http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=eiaPah

Post back if you need help or have other questions that I can help with :)

If this helped you, like and choose it as best answer - you might help someone else with the same issue. ^_^
