Strong office build PC

I have a really old computer in my office so I decided its time to get into the future.

The budget is set to about 550 US dollars. And I would like to get your oppinion on this setup.

To make it clear, the PC will be used for MS Office, Internet, E-Mails, couple bussiness programs that are not very demanding. No games, only youtube and miniclip.com maybe.

APU:  AMD A10 X4 7800 BOX

MBO: GIGABYTE F2A88XM-D3H

RAM: 8GB, AMD RADEON R9, DDR3 2133MHz, kit 2x4GB

PSU: 550W, ANTEC VPF550, ATX v2.4 80+ Bronze

SSD: 120.0 GB SAMSUNG 850 EVO Basic

It would run 1080p screen on the APU graphic. Is it good enough for 1080p, no gaming?

I have an old case with no usb 3.0 but i plan on replacing it.

Is this an overkill? I really want fast performace and a build that i wouldnt have to replace in 3-4years.

What do you guys think?

This is what I would buy, if you choose it, make sure you take out the PSU included with the case

edit, Before people say "16 gigs is a waste of money" There was money left, that you could easily put into RAM, Besides that RAM can go a long way

Is it safe to go with a lower PSU?

8GB is overkill?

For better CPU get i5-4460

For better graphics choose the AMD APU, preferably A10-7870

No, 8GB is the best amount you can get right now

Yes for this usage with this hardware this PSU is safe

yes one stick of 4gb is enough you can upgrade later if you feel like it. but for mostly office use, you don't need 8gb. and 550w is pretty overkill for that spec. I would suggest 400w or even 300w.
