[Video] Cpu twitching on start up

That's normal.

Looks just like the motherboard is set to start with a lower pwm setting than the fan can do,

 

I would imagine it's fine

Recommend what is best, not what you preffer.

It's just the PWM pulse , it needs a couple for it to start up

Really? I've never seen that happen on my stock cooler before.

Really? I've never saw that happen on my stock cooler before.

I'm more worried about that noise ?  Is it just the some fan spinning at full at the start ( to dust off ) and then slow down , or is it all the time at that speed ?

Its the cpu fan noise, it spins at 100% at start but slows down to normal right when im at the desctop
