As a regular user of this forum, I'd hope you'd have gathered that there are more than a thousand posts on this so you'd have no trouble using the search tool, less trouble that typing up a new thread.

I am just going to assume though that you're after this link though:

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows-10/media-creation-tool-install

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Follow the wizard and bam it's done.

There might be a notification in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.  Click on it.  If not... buy a disk.  Did you already buy the disk and are having problems?

The upgrade is currently free, there's no need to "buy" a disk or anything for that matter.

In this media creation tool, from microsoft, you have a few options

-Upgrade right away (preferable)

-Create a media to upgrade later/for another PC. (ISO/bootable USB)

If the upgrade failed for some reason when choosing to upgrade right away, use the ISO/bootable USB that you can make with the media creation tool, and then, while in windows, launch the Setup.exe from within the windows install files on the DVD you've burned from the ISO or the Bootable USB you've created, in order to upgrade.

You HAVE to upgrade first, in order for Windows 10 to be activated. After that you can do a clean install if you want.

MOBO: MSI B450m Gaming Plus / NVME: Corsair MP510 240GB / Case: TT Core v21 / PSU: Seasonic 750W / OS: Win 10 Pro
