So you know how people get used to 2 screens and have a problem with 1?

I have trouble at work only having 2 x 1080p monitors now that I have 3 x 1440p monitors at home

Ugh I'm jealous of you. Actually, I know what this is. Half of the problem is my second screen is an old 1080p tn panel, and the way they are mounted on the wall looks nice, but I should have the 1440p screen center and the 1080p one to the right, closer. I'm liking 3 screens more because I'm used to having a center screen I think. 

So I'm probably gonna rethink how I have these mounted, and maybe add another 1440p screen or at least another screen from my storage (probs another old TN panel). 

Thing is to make the screen setup better, I'd have to change my desk arrangement, which I really like. I have 2 tables in an L shape in the nook, and it's like a nice surround workbench/desktop setup. 

Maybe I'll move it all over, move my huge speaker, and add a third table. 

(This must be really hard to visualize)

I think half the problem is I need a better chair. I'm 6'2" and this chair is shit for back support. The screens are not high enough either. And centering them. 

 

And you went from triple 1080p to triple 1440p? jealous.

Ok see that speaker in the corner? I think I'm gonna move that, and slide the table over, placing my left screen more center and the right one more to the right. The way the monitor arm is folded, that would allow it to move left, and the other one closer.

well I moved the speak, moved the table closer to the wall, and added a 1440x900 monitor rotated to the left. Because of the placement of the studs I mounted the screens to, I can now adjust them to a much better position. I just got 1 problem- the third screen is perfect for documents, but it's glossy and it's got a silver bezel (no mount, but great stand). I'm either mounting it as well and adding black vinyl to the bezel, or buying a new screen for it, I don't have any 1440x900 matte screens. Not sure yet. Brightness and viewing angles on this old thing are kinda trash too, and that's importunate for a screen in portrait mode.
