Are there any Alps key switches that are similar to the blues?

White alps are the most similar to blue of the alps switches, but they have a higher actuation force, longer travel distance, and a less distinct tactile feel. Of the white alps, there are two sub-types, the complicated and the simplified. The complicated switches are often preferred. Of the simplified switches, the the fukka switches are usually preferred. The XM switches are universally considered low quality. Avoid those like the plague. If you want to go for the the black alps, they are also split into complicated and simplified. Again, if possible, go for the complicated switch design. However, for both white and black alps, the complicated switches are both rarer and often more expensive. For the best compromise overall, go for Fukka Simplified White Alps. Alps are, however, often considered much worse for typing in general than blues.
