So I have a couple of media devices that connect to the internet using Ethernet ports and i dont want to run wires from one side of my house to another. Is it possible to make the connection wireless?

Get a Wireless USB Adapter?

What are the media devices? If you can add a wireless adapter to them (e.g. as an internal PCIe card or an external USB stick) you could connect them wirelessly to a router on the other side of the house. If that's not an option, you could connect the media devices with Ethernet cables to a wireless device in the room they're currently situated in, then communicate with a wireless router on the other side of the house that way. If you want more specific advice you'll probably have to provide more details, please.

It is very difficult to give anything but vague answers to vague questions.

They're bluray devices and the boxes that connect to my home theater
