Hello i just built my first gaming pc, everything was fine. I double checked if all components and cables were put in correctly. I turned on my pc and started to boot windows from my usb, but then when it was installing, the screen went off and the fans stopped spinning and then started spinning and then stopped again. So i decided to plug out the power cord. However now it wont turn on anymore. Can anyone help me?

try one stick of ram and taking out the gpu and only the ssd or hdd whichever you want to install windows on

the ram will have to be in the correct slot either 0 or 1 depending on the numeration on your board. if it doesn't help try the other stick
