Do you have any overclocks running? Have you tried to reset your bios?

To reinstall windows, you need to set your default boot drive in the bios to whatever device you have windows on (so it could be USB or a CD) then when you reboot it should take you to the windows installation wizard.

Probably is just some broken driver. Did you try to load it through safemod? Also it is crucial to write that bsod code - with it there is very good chance to guess what is the real problem and how to fix it.

I can barely see that bellow the bsod code there is also some .sys file. If its that there is good chance to fix it with using system restore through safemod.

put your camera on a stand and get a picture of that BSOD, if you cant do that, then use hirens or something to pull the bsod record off the HD.  Usually the bsod tells you everything you need to know in order to fix an issue.

BTW, what version of Windows are you running?  (Looks like 7 but which one)

Do you have another computer to use to burn a system repair disk?  Depending on the distro you have, really all you need is a system disk to run a repair.  If it is a corrupt or missing sys file, all that needs to be done usually is to replace it, which system repair will do for you after it reads the bsod record.

Here is a link to a bsod viewer that will get the info from you dump files if you can access your hd from a live disk:

First thing you need to do is get into safe mode, and run a chkdsk, most of the time on startup BSOD  its just a simple hard drive indexing error....

If you can't get into safe mode use your windows 7 disk to go into repair mode and run chkdsk from command prompt.

If there  is still a problem after chkdsk. download mem test and run it

If there still is a problem strip down your PC to the bare bones it needs to start up.

If it then starts you know its a problem with one of your components, and you can diag it by installing them one by one until you get the BSOD again.

Use this method if you have given up on trying to get things back to normal:

Get a new HDD, install windows on it.

Have your original HDD plugged into the power but not connected to the motherboard. (do not connect the HDD to the power while computer is on)

While your computer is on and running fine, connect your old HDD to the motherboard. (kind of like an external drive but connecting it inside)

Get all your data that you need off the old HDD and then format the old drive.

This is the simplest and probably quickest way to fix your problem. (although installing an OS is not really quick)

OK, your HDD is working because the windows orbs appear. The BSOD error says driver framework violation, which means it's a driver error, so could you try booting into safe mode (on that screen where you selected start windows normally). It should allow you to get into windows because almost no drivers are loaded in safe mode. If it works, could you follow the instructions in this thread and upload the dump files to the forum so we can discover which driver is causing the error.

Upload the dump files from C:\Windows\Minidump in a compressed archive (.zip etc) to the forum using the "Attach Files" button under the editor. This allows us to read the error messages and diagnose the problem effectively and quickly.

Once we've identified the driver, you should be able to remove it in safe mode.

If you can't get into safe mode, can you try running startup repair (also on the list where you selected start windows normally) and see whether that helps. You can also try booting off the Windows installer DVD/USB and opening the command prompt and typing

sfc /scannow

to check the windows files for errors.
