Molex cable stuck in essence stx

i just had to use more force....

so i have a 500r and for the  fan controller that comes with it needs power from a molex cable and it can be used as a passthrough

The thing is that it dosent have those pushy things on the top and the bottom so i cant get it out.

How can i get it out ?

i tried

i could cut the wire off but that would leave me with one fan too many

the whole reason im posting this is because the soundcard is not getting enough power to work
