Do super cheap graphics cards make sense?

I am wondering if super cheap graphics cards like these make any sense?

$34  $40 $30

No point when there's IGPU

Depends on what you're going to do with them. But generally, the are crap.

Intel iGPU is powerful than those Discrete GPUs..

Does your CPU have integrated graphics of any kind?

 

If not, then that's pretty much the only option.
