Gtx 660 or gtx 950

Guys I am building my pc and I game at 1080p with no real demanding titles.

I only have enough budget to buy a gtx 660, but since the 950 came out I've gotten confused.

Any suggestions?

eh - 950 - newer architecture but I'd imagine it's only about 15% faster

their performance wont be that much different but 950 will support more recent technologies

you could go for a used gtx 760 or r9 280 tho

Not a huge performance difference but I'd go with the 950 as it's a newer card, or as @shypin suggested, a better used card.
