Once you have WIndows 10 installed, be sure to run Windows Updates.

Then go on your App Store, click on the picture next to the search box (at the top right-ish), and click on Downloads.

Then click on "Check for update", this will update all the apps with the latest versions. The App Store will most likely close on you, that is fine, as there is an update for it. Don't worry, the update process is done apart from the App Store (another process), if you run the App Store again, you should see it continue if it's not already done (it goes fast).
