Second one. I suggest not getting the corsair h100i. It can be quite loud.

What programs are you using for video making?

it's important that you find out. check the system requirements and compatible video gards for each program

got the list and its final cut pro, after affects photoshop and all the adobe suite, from this i think the 2 980 ti's would work perfectly? can you check please?

It really depends on the software being used. But I suspect neither.

I would look at a more powerful cpu if budget allows.

Some editing software does not make very good used of gpu. Most use more than one gpu for rendering/exporting only. Editing transitions and fx generally use a single gpu, if they use any. I suspect a Titan X or two will likely prove optimal.

Intel 750 PCIe drives are very fast. So are 4-lane M.2 drives like the Samsung SM951. If raw footage is being worked on faster storage, especially units with faster incompressible data writes are optimal.

I would steer clear of the Corsair RM series of psu. There are numerous EVGA, Superflower, Seasonic and XFX models that are better. The Corsair AX, AXi, HX, and HXi are also much better. RM psu have a reputation for including lower quality components and sloppy construction.

You may want to consider a Noctua NH-U12S or NH-U14S cpu cooler. Excellent cooling and very quiet. If an AIO is desired the Kraken X61 is much better and quieter than the H100i. The advantage of an air tower cooler is silence. The top "modu-vents" of the R5 can remain sealed better containing noise.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
