Is it some how possible to exchange games any where i have couple of games on steam and origin that i dont play anymore (Tomb Raider, Dirt 3, BF3/4 ...) and i would like to play differente games

IIRC you can get a refund if you played less than 2hrs or something along those lines, trading games after the recent new ToS you have to wait a month and there are groups for that. Read the FAQ, since steam is more of a rental service than I buy I keep there are certain things you can do and cannot do.

No. Once you've redeemed a game on Steam or Origin (unless you're using their refund policy), it is there forever and you can't sell or trade it in. Everyone on Steam probably has about 20 games they don't play anymore, if they could just trade them in, it would cost developers and Valve a lot of money.

You can trade if you buy them as a gift, but I wasn't specific but you can't play them.

You can get refund for Steam games that have under 2h playtime. In Origin its 2 months from purchase or 24h from first launch. Otherwise games are linked to your account. And selling/trading accounts is against ToS of both services.
