Are there are any good headphones besides the AKG K77's for 40 USD and under?

UNBELIEVABLE!  I went to purchase them 'cos they were 35 USD but then they raised the friggin price to 49 dangit!

Thank you so much for the suggestion both of you!  I've purchased them and they are coming in tomorrow so THANK YOU!  I may still get the AKG's and do a review on them but for now I am so happy with the suggestion, thank you guys!
