Which is worth more?

The MSI one OCs slightly better. Which is worth more, and how much can I sell it for (a good deal, I want it to sell fast)?

I would say Asus is. Since 760 didn't come with Nvidia reference cooler AFAIK, no one likes the look of MSI reference cooler even if it overclocks better.

the 760 has a reference cooler taken from the 670 ( it's a horrible cooler )

Well the MSI one is my dad's, but if it was worth more for some odd reason I'm sure he wouldn't mind having a quieter ASUS one.

Not too bad, it does it job, just kinda loudly. I swapped out the MSI one in my rig (signature) for the ASUS one and it is quieter, however it takes longer to cool down as it throws heat in the case, not out the back.

Mmm, not true. The MSI reference 760 has a better ASIC quality than the custom ASUS 760, plus it OC'd better, and my friend's Strix 970 didn't OC well either.
