If the server supports it and you have a 100% stable connection: sure.

But you are just bound to have some times that your connection stutters or drops a bit.

guys i have a question

is there a way that i can have a download speed equal to may bandwith?

like for ex. if my internet speed is at 2mbps can i download at 2mbps speed also?

That's 2 (mb/s)megabits per second not 2 (MB/s)megabytes per second.

2 megabits=0.25megabytes

Also the speed depends on your connections and the servers.

Is it consistent across all downloads among different websites?

im sorry im pertaining to 2MB/s

Your internet speed is measured or marketed as megabits and the download speeds on your computer is megabytes but if your consistently getting close to 0.25Megabytes per second download on your PC then that would be equal to the 2 Megabit internet connection you have.

Like the others have said, the 2 Mbps you get from your ISP, should be 250 KB/s when you download.

If you wanted 2 MB/s, you would need a 16 Mbps connection at the very least.
