My internet is good enough but idk if this pc is good enough anybody can answare?

I am sure that you can max out the game at 4k and stream it properly... it all depends on your internet and not so much on hardware (except for the capture part which you are fine on). Your internet is the limit.

it will be wasted at 720p but to answer your question its good just change the ssd

Get a Z97 Mobo

i5 4690k will work on Z87 and Z97.

get a R9 390. Slightly higher performance, but costs about the same as the GTX 970.

switch out the kingston V300 drive for a samsung 850 evo

a gtx 970 cant max out game at 4k  with decent fps

switch out the kingston V300 drive for a samsung 850 evo

OR Crucial BX100 if you want to save a few pennies while still getting good performance.

 

The "AMD" SSDs (really, their OCZ) isnt half bad either for the price... they just look ballin, but samsungs 850 Evo is clearly superior.

Look at a hyperthreaded quad core, it will drop fewer frames, get a xeon E3-1231 V3 or a i7 if you plan on overclocking.

Idd personally stick with the gtx 970, it will have lower power consumption, and less heat
