Intel and there stupid push pins... can't wait to see someone build with this and have the system shipped or transported only later to realized the cooler just fell right through there graphics card and messed up the motherboard..... Great cooler it seems but come on Intel, go back to a back plate like on some of the 775 coolers.

Interesting, lets wait to see reviews and compare it to something like the 212 EVO.

I don't think it will work that well. The first thing that comes to my mind is the pressure of the heatsink.

Usually coolers with backplates makes more pressure and spreads the thermal paste better, so you get better thermal conduction.

It seems they used copper, but I wonder if this beats the heatpipes/fins that a cooler like the 212EVO has. Also I don't think the included thermal paste is good.
