Folding@home wont stop?

Use the desktop version instead of online. If you have it set to finish it will start a new WU when you turn the pc back on unless you press pause when its finished.

I click the button that says stop folding.. then hit finish when done this WU.. it never stops just goes to the next one. How do i make it stop when its finished the current project?
