"Intel HD Graphics has stopped working and has recovered" Windows 10

I have an intel core i5 4670k with intel HD Graphics 4600 and ever since I pugraded to Windows 10, my screen freezes from time to time displaying a message that the graphics for windows 8.1 had stopped working and had recovered, I get it almost every time I play League of Legends, my drivers are supposed to be updated, I have these specs.

If you guys need anything else, please tell me, thanks.

I wasn't aware it ever worked to begin with.

 

Does it give you any error messages other than not working and recovered? is there a driver update for it or the chipset?

Well, I do have the latest drivers installed but I'm not sure if Intel is just not ready for Windows 10 yet and is still having these kind of issues
