20 dollar cooler?

So, I've been waiting for months for the pure rock to go on sale again for 20 bucks...and never has happened...since like February. 

 

 

...I'm sick of waiting though now, so does anyone know of a comparable cooler for 20 USD?

DeepCool does some pretty nice basic tower coolers for about $16. Won't be crazy but certainly a hundred times better than throttly, throttly stock.

I just have a spare large heatsink in my computer drawer...

 

It's from an old HP computer of mine, it has 2 copper tubes and a large aluminum heatsink.

 

Put on two fans and all good
