Define "not too expensive". What features do you want...at a guess, i expect you don't want "premium" features such as macro keys, backlighting, dampers etc?

One of the CM Storm keyboards is around $70 I think. You probably won't get a well-built MX Blue keyboard for any less.

Here it is: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/cooler-master-keyboard-sgk4000gkcl1us

The Cooler Master Quickfire series has some really nice keyboards for excellent prices... and most of them include Blue keyswitch models

CM Quickfire like everyone here said, but get the Rapid version which is TKL.  That will be as good as it gets for $70.00.  I own the Quickfire TK and they are good boards for the money.

I personally have a Quickfire Rapid with Brown Switches and it is amazing. I love the tactility and I got it for a great price. I had a $40 off coupon for OfficeMax, so I got it for $60. Mine also isn't the gray one with logos all over it, they made a design change and now it's blacked out with no logos and it looks much sharper. I'd highly recommend it for the price (with Blue switches for you of course :) ).

I tried the Quickfire TK with Blues at a local electronics store and it felt very good too. Felt just like mine but with Blue switches, so I guess I could recommend that too. And the backlight on the TK looks great if you're into that.

Quickfire would be a good choice. Relatively cheap. Another option if you want full-size would be a standard Razer BlackWidow.
