Hello, since Intel's new skylake CPU's are coming out and I want to replace my motherboard (which means I'll have to replace my CPU and RAM) and I also intend to replace my power supply (cheap one, I don't want it to explode on me) If I bought my parts from NCIX, would their PC Assembly Service be reliable at all? I'm not entirely confident installing my own PC (particularly the CPU and mounting the motherboard)

Here are my current specs:

Intel Core i5-4570

8 GB RAM

GTX 760

600W PSU

MSI H81M-E33

2 TB Seagate Barracuda.

So basically, I'm looking for a skylake build but I'd like NCIX to build it for me, is NCIX reliable at all when it comes to them building your PC for you?

Linus worked full-time for NCIX and still does some work there, and i have heard a lot of good things about them so i'm quite sure it will be fine.

Building service as in that they will assemble it and ship it to you? Or as in you live nearby one NCIX store and they will assemble it there and then you'll pick it up?

I think they will do a great job assembling the PC, the problem may be shipping it, there is always a high risk of something breaking when shipping an assembled PC.

Okay, but because I'm thinking about having them build a PC without a GPU (I'll put my 760 in it) with a modular PSU, will that PSU come with the necessary PCI-E cables to power my graphics card?

Shipping usually isn't a problem, the thing that has the highest risk of breaking is usually the graphics card, and if they think it's too risky, they don't install it and give you a link how to install it, it's somewhere on their youtube channel.

Modular PSU's come with all the cables you need, you can check the manufacturers website to be sure it has enough PCI-E connectors for your graphics card. But that's usually fine so no worries, but it's worth checking.
