the 8350 is a higher clocked chip at stock than the 8320 ( I don't know about the black edition someone can explain that) and the 8320 is the same as the 8350 but its just slightly clocked at a lower speed. And the 8120 is a first generation 8 core processor if I'm not mistaken.

The 8120 was the first generation. The 8320 and 8350 are the newer versions of the CPU. The 8350 is a higher binned version of the 8320. It just runs at higher clock speeds I think. Just get the 8320 and save yourself some money and overclock it.

Binning, think of it like this. A farmer has crops for carrots. There are two types of carrots (to keep it simple), one carrot has not grown properly so it may not be so nutritious. This would be the 8320. Then the other carrot is healthy and well living, this would be the 8350.

Basically, the 8350 is guaranteed a somewhat higher clock than the average 8320 but it's not like a 8320 can't potentially overclock as well.
