Hello,

So recently I have found out that a good way to hold your mouse to decrease injuries and so on is to have a straight hand and not a bent wrist if you know what i mean. I have been playing games a long time with a bent wrist and im starting to wonder is it bad for my health?

I think this is what you meant to ask

OmRsBAJ.png

how you hold mouse isn't really important because it's preferences

but grip style do impact on what kind of mouse you want/need to do the best for it.

By my picture it means that I have palm grip so any mouse recommendations for it?

a bulky mouse for sure

any extra setup might required since most bulky mouse tend to be heavier

just set your dpi & cursor speed

imo it's the safest grip style to not getting finger injury if you playing/using computer for long time.

my grip is 3rd one, my finger hurts easily if I browsed whole day, let alone play games, or maybe the mouse that I currently use didn't fit for my needs, but then again, I have no idea what suit best for me.

I hold my mouse in between the claw grip and finger tip grip, little bit of both.
