If yours isn't in the list? Try using Google on "htc one m7 ruu" and add your carrier. For instance since mine was from Telus here in Canada? I would have Googled for "HTC One M7 ruu telus"

Hello,

 

I am looking to play around with different ROMS and was looking to download the stock ROM so if anything goes wrong I can Flash back.

Does anyone know where I can download it?

For a One M7? I'll look around. You could just use your custom recovery to backup the original image as a backup to flash to at any time.

 

You should be able to find an RUU for your device, look based upon carrier. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2471869 This may also help.
