Is there any difference?

For reference cards, the only difference is clock speeds I think

 

EDIT: The clock speeds only seem to change with EVGA SC edition

Some will be clocked higher, some will have better cooling, and besides that, there isn't much difference. Asus, MSI and EVGA are typically the cards that are recommended, and they usually have pretty good board designs and power delivery which is important if you want to overclock.

Personally I stick with EVGA, they have great support and very solid overall cards.
