Windows 10 Start Menu Tile Resizing

Can anyone help me with the tile resizing in Windows 10 Start Menu? It seems like that only the default apps the OS comes with will allow you to resize it to wide and large, otherwise, anything that's third-party and pinned to the start menu only gets small and medium. Is there a way to make them all have the wide and large option? Thanks.

i can't make sense of what do you want honestly, you can re-size to wide and large in windows 10
