Video not rendering in Adobe premier pro (latest)

This is the first time ive used Premier and so ive put together some videos and want to render it. I have higlighted it then clicked queue to put it in adobe media encoder. When i select the vid and click play, it takes a second. When I play it, it plays the first 4 seconds of the clip and ends. What have I done wrong?

PC is Intel Core i5 6400, GIgabyte H170 Gaming 3, Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x4GB 2400Mhz ,Sandisk Ultra Plus 128GB, WD Blue 1TB, NZXT S340, ASUS Geforce GTX 960. Fractal Design Tesla R2 650W. http://au.pcpartpicker.com/p/793XNG. Graphics card choices don't always have to be dictated on performance. If you want the game stream and power consumption of the GTX 970 get that. If you want raw performance of the R9 390 get that. In the end we are all gamers, so what if your buddy gets an extra 5 fps?

have you tried exporting directly out of Premier?

instead of hitting "queue" just hit export and use premier to export it directly without using media encoder

How do i upload images again?

How do i upload images again?

 

In the "more reply options" it shows up at the bottom to upload an image

I think its because the two little arrows are both far over to the left so its only encoding that first few seconds you need to drag those out to select which parts of the video you want to encode

 

Or change the drop down to do the whole video

Im recording on a Moto G 2014. You record on a sony A7. Your equipment is special.

 

Can still record good video on phones or you ever upgrade to a DSLR or anything
