Windows 10 Installation Stuck?

So I have downloaded the 64 bit version and ran the media creation tool to "install windows on this PC" or something along the lines of that.  It downloaded properly and installed but its currently stuck at

 

"The updates are installed, but Windows 10 Setup needs to restart for them to work.  After it restarts, we'll keep going from where we left off"
 

What am I supposed to do?  Should I restart my computer?  The stupid spinning wheel is still goin' strong and it has been stuck here for 20 minutes.

 

Pls...  :(
