Considering you already have the FX chip, and considering they're all in a similar price bracket, personally I'd go for the MSI

I only had MSI boards so il vote for that... (its a lame reason yes but dragon!)

I further the motion for a MSI 990fx gaming mobo. It's a good board for the price and pretty sexy.

Asrock do boards with the 990fx chipset, not sure which ones, but a couple of them have terrible reviews.... i mean terrible. 
 
Loads of people having to RMA the board after a couple of months due to it not being up to the task.

I have the 990FXA-GD80 motherboard from MSI and it's really limiting. It wasn't designed with the new (well, now, not so new) AMD FX 8 cores in mind.

 

As long as that motherboard has a new BIOS and better TDP support, then the MSI gaming probably is a great choice. I would gravitate towards the Asus board (Asus seems to know what they are doing with hardware; at least, they have great rep on overclocking forums).

You just gave a list to OP with motherboards that are "compatible" with FX-8350, that doesn't give any signification of motherboard quality

You can count them yourself.... the primary is 8 phases, so 6+2
