96% RAM usage Idle [Resolved]

Tried turning off all services that weren't from Microsoft, only made it use more RAM. I'm running on Windows 10.

Yeah, rebooted a few times when playing with which services were enabled.

Without windows defender scanning, I get about 96% usage.

Alter the registry key value of the “Start” entry to 4 in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\Ndu\ to disable the Windows Network Data Usage Monitor Driver from starting, and reboot. There is a known compatibility issue with this NIC and the Windows NDU, causes a memory leak. Problem is exacerbated when you are transferring a lot of data.

 It is obvious from your screenshots you have a memory leak somewhere. Do you happen to have an SLI setup?

I am on the Ndu bit but how do I disable the windows network data usage?

 

EDIT did it and did not solve problem
