Building my first gaming PC

I would like to build a gaming PC that would be able to play most, (if not all) of the newest games at 1080p 60fps at medium to high settings. I am a still a noob when it comes to which parts I should buy and I don't want to overspend. I'd like to keep the build a around 900 US dollars or less. Would these parts work for this build?

Ive got the same specs, it can max out most new games at 60fps 1080p, i can run the witcher 3 w/ hairworks at 45fps

keep the stock cooler for the cpu,change the ssd for the 850evo 250gb and swap the psu for evga 550gs

Not to budget-ish but its still great build also if you play Arma or so you may wanna get a K or i7 CPU. (ASUS always has premium on parts...)

 

Also did ya look up the R9 390 its a good GPU if you like 1440p or want a bit more power! (they are about the same)

No Noise (25 db by experience, i have this cooler on my rig (i5 2320)) while the stock cooler can make noise up to 48db)

Sorry for the late response. I have a question about the power supply. How close would this build get to to the 500 Watt mark? Should I have a higher wattage, or is it fine where it is?
