You can buy windows 8.1 or 7 from 3rd party websites like G2A, Reddit are the only websites I know. (it will be cheaper and better) BC its free upgrade

It's cheaper to buy an older windows copy that can qualify for the free upgrade rather than shelling out for the listing price
