its only 6-30pm EST july 28th. You need to wait until EST hits 12am tonight.

12 AM microsoft time. Where ever MS HQ is. Also you probably won't get it the 29th but a couple days later or even weeks. I reserved the first day I could so I am hoping the 30th or maybe 29th

Doesnt matter if its past 12am where you are. Windows is an american product. Thus they mean july 29th in america. its only 6-30PM on the eastern seaboard. And 3:48 pm in LA on the west seaboard. You WILL NOT get it until all of america ticks over to July 29th. Also doesnt matter that china has it (if they even do) they probly released it early there to test server strain for the big US release.
