Windows says I dont have enough space when I try to do a backup

tjm9707

So ive been trying to backup my computer just in case something happens when I switch to 10 tomorrow. But every time I try to back it up I get the error code  0x81000033. From what ive found on google it means I don't have enough space? Thats not the case though. I'm trying to back up to a 1tb external drive with practically nothing on it. when I chose what I want backed up it totals about 55 gb, and when I do the recommended its about 8gb. How do I fix this?

edit: I typod and forgot to add the 8 to the error code

How big is the drive you're trying to backup?

My c drive is 250gb, with 100 gb used, my hdd is 1tb with 500gb used and my other ssd is 60gb with 25gb used

But I am not backing up my games, which take up most of the space

which one is your systemdrive? i suppose A?

you included C in the backup eventhough its not even a drive as it seems so try to exclude it.

My system drive is my C drive. Will disable scheduling when it fails again
