Can you wait a little while and expand your budget?  That's what I would advise at least, save and get a better one.

750ti but you can get good deals on used cars like the 7970 above, great card

750 Ti would be great at this pricepoint. Also you should consider upgrading to 8GB RAM while the stuff is dirt cheap. It's about 40% cheaper than it was this time last year.

I don't call it dirt cheap because it's been way too overpriced for years..
