W10 Icon Problem

I installed the two updates you need manually using the installer I found. There was no problem there but when I click on the icon a window appears which says Please Wait and then that window closes fast. Can anyone help please/.

End task on GWX in the task manager?

End task on GWX in the task manager? 

I ended the task and then started it back up. It still does the same thing. In the update manager for W7 it says my W10 reserve spot it reserved. Do I even need GWX to work or will t come with a W7 update.

You have to be A LOT more specific.

I click on the GWX icon to upgrade to W10 but the window that opens closes and nothing, no errors or anything. I don't think I can be more specific.
