Get the 980ti Amp Extreme by Zontac it's better then the G1.

It is better, however the G1 is absolutely gorgeous plus it has the RGB led on it.

Not 100% RGB, only like 10 preset colour.

The G1 looks ugly as sin to me and the fact that it's actually not RGB makes me question how lazy are the people where who developed this card.

Should I order a GTX 980 Ti G1 Gaming,  or should I go to my local store and pick up the EVGA 980 Ti?  My local store only caries the EVGA 980 Ti and the Blower 980 Ti.

BTW, my local store is, Frys Electronics.

Thanks

Buying the reference cooled 980ti makes absolutely no sense because of this. A reference card run at 1.0 ghz stock and cost 650$, but for less then 8% more you can buy a 980ti that has better cooling and a 25% gain in clockspeed.

The EVGA I am talking about is this one.... http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487142&cm_re=GTX_980_Ti-_-14-487-142-_-Product

Well,  if I had a problem with the card  I would just return it to the store and either pick up a new one.

Most stores only offer 60 day returns and paying for extended warranties are pointless because manufactures offer there warranties for free as long as you buy from a licensed dealer.
