Do you mean the white artifacting on your screen? What are the specs of your build?

 

Also, Windows XP?  :blink: 

pentium 4 @ 2.8 Ghz

2 gigs of RAM

radeon 9800 (crossfire?)

Basically your system is most likely not powerful enough to process the game, and thus artifacting occurs. An upgrade should fix that.

you can see it in the picture yea try to run w7 on 15 year old cpu

I realised that the picture gets way bigger (and legible) when you click on it :)

 

And you might have given the answer yourself, you're trying to play a game on a 15 year old CPU. It is bound to go nuts after such a time...

um yea but i get 90 fps i just cant figure out whats wrong and my concerns are that its software issue
