Do you mean the white artifacting on your screen? What are the specs of your build?

pentium 4 @ 2.8 Ghz

2 gigs of RAM

radeon 9800 (crossfire?)

 

that's what it says on the pic anyway :P

It's called artifacting

 

And you probably need to upgrade your system in the future

Basically your system is most likely not powerful enough to process the game, and thus artifacting occurs. An upgrade should fix that.

my screen is 1080p and im stuck with that pc(specs in picture) till i get money for z97 board

you can see it in the picture yea try to run w7 on 15 year old cpu

try  to run 7 on 15 year old cpu. btw it was upgraded to the best cpu MB support coz before the mouse was lagging

I realised that the picture gets way bigger (and legible) when you click on it :)

 

And you might have given the answer yourself, you're trying to play a game on a 15 year old CPU. It is bound to go nuts after such a time...

um yea but i get 90 fps i just cant figure out whats wrong and my concerns are that its software issue
