Logitech and MS mice are what you are looking for. no need to specify further just get one you like.

also the Roccat Lua is decent and all Roccat products are pretty durable.

cheap and yet good mousepads could be Steelseries QcK or 4HD or low end Roccat like the Sense (although better get the Taito - had both).

25 pounds is not much of a budget anyways.. I spend 112€ on my mouse alone.. and 60€ on my "mouse"pad (more like deskpad) and then there still is my mouse bungee :D

any logitech mouse. they're freakin bricks.

the mouse equivalent to the nokia brick phone.

We can't Benchmark like we used to, but we have our ways. One trick is to shove more GPUs in your computer. Like the time I needed to NV-Link, because I needed a higher HeavenBench score, so I did an SLI, which is what they called NV-Link back in the day. So, I decided to put two GPUs in my computer, which was the style at the time. Now, to add another GPU to your computer, costs a new PSU. Now in those days PSUs said OCZ on them, "Gimme 750W OCZs for an SLI" you'd say. Now where were we? Oh yeah, the important thing was that I had two GPUs in my rig, which was the style at the time! They didn't have RGB PSUs at the time, because of the war. The only thing you could get was those big green ones.

As much as I hate their newer products, I recommend the original Razer Deathadder 3500DPI. Not that garbage 2013 version though. I've been using mine for well over 5 years now and its worked great, I have nothing but praise for it. Something worth mentioning because it does come up, under no circumstances should you lick it. It does in fact taste awful.

there is no durable long-lasting mouse, something like this doesnt exist.

Mice are made to break.

i kill every single Razer product within 3 month of use, including keyboards and headsets. They dont produce any hardware with quality components. (12hrs+/day gaming, surfing)

Old logitech mice had good build quality (f.e. Logitech G5). But the build design for clicks changed to be more "smooth". There is no mouse that wont produce double click bugs after a while its a natual fading of build in parts.

Mice i killed within the last 4 years:

Roccat Kone

Roccat Kone+

Logitech G500

Logitech G600

Steelseries Xai

Steelseries Sensai

Razer Deathadder

Razer Deathadder 2013

Razer Mamba

Razer Naga

The one that lasted the longest was the Steelseries Xai, but after 10month it also produced the double click bug.

Perhaps the problem is not with the peripherals, but with the users habits. Are you prone to smashing your desk when you rage? I managed to kill a keyboard that way before I learned my lesson.

Right? I have a Razer that I bought in like 2008, I am not using anymore, but I gave it to my little cousin, and the dude really make the mouse suffer, and is still really ok.

Damn, what do you do with them?

Mostly playing rts games like starcraft II and stuff for several hours (i have to click very fast and often). But not every mouse died to double click bug.

Roccat Kone -> bad mousewheel (bug that the mousewheel scrolls up when scrolling it down)

Roccat kone+ -> same bad mousewheel+ double click bug

Razer Mamba -> i had 4 of them every single one came bugged or damaged right out of the box, defective laser, bad mouswheel, bad clicks, worst mouse ive ever tried to buy.

Perhaps the problem is not with the peripherals, but with the users habits. Are you prone to smashing your desk when you rage? I managed to kill a keyboard that way before I learned my lesson.

Nope just normal but exessive use.

maybe you are just unable to feel the defect, not every1 has the same sensitive feelings to buttons. I feel if my click is off or different to the other buttons instantly. Some doesnt even notice when the mouse is double clicking instead of single clicking.

Dude, 3 months, you can use 24h per day every 90 days of the 3 months, and 99% of the mouses of nice brands will still be fine, maybe you have a REALLY heavy click.

nope i cant afford to click heavy, would make my clicks slower. the problem is in the feather that pushes the switch. over clicks it bends because its a thin sheet metal plate which is made to make your clicks feel smooth.

I use a Rosewill RK-9100BR. Not a very common keyboard as they didn't make many of them, but it is built like a tank. It has a stainless steel inner-frame and this thing must weigh like 5-6 lbs. Nothing screams quality like a keyboard that weighs more than your PSU  :D
