Hey guys, I need some help ASAP. I just installed a new PSU into my PC, and I'm pretty sure I have everything hooked up correctly, but whenever I turn it on, it makes a beeping noise inside the case,  and nothing appears on my monitor. Anyone know what the problem could be?

What is your motherboard and how many/often do you get the beeps?

normally beep codes indicate bad CPU or RAM. check all RAM sticks individually.

We can't Benchmark like we used to, but we have our ways. One trick is to shove more GPUs in your computer. Like the time I needed to NV-Link, because I needed a higher HeavenBench score, so I did an SLI, which is what they called NV-Link back in the day. So, I decided to put two GPUs in my computer, which was the style at the time. Now, to add another GPU to your computer, costs a new PSU. Now in those days PSUs said OCZ on them, "Gimme 750W OCZs for an SLI" you'd say. Now where were we? Oh yeah, the important thing was that I had two GPUs in my rig, which was the style at the time! They didn't have RGB PSUs at the time, because of the war. The only thing you could get was those big green ones.

Well, if it help any, there was a 4x2pin from my psu for the CPU, but the motherboard only has 4 sockets so I only used one of them. Maybe it's that?

make sure you use the 4pin with the green wire on the MB.

Green wire?

They both have yellow and black wires.

what? seriously?

okay, try the other then, the pin arrangements should prevent you from plugging in both, and if you plugged one in, then that should be the right one.

It's plugged in all the way. I push it until the safety latch clicks

this might be a wild guess but your CPU cable might be broken. I still don't know until you tried it with a different PSU. And checked all your RAM
