yes if you keep on the preview/testing version, meaning you are pretty much also going to be running an OS that isnt suitable yet for the general public, and it could very well be unstable.

the update you get from using the preview is a BETA update

so youre going to be a perpetuous beta tester

you never get the full release unless you BUY it or UPGRADE from 7/8/8.1

If i wait  1 week for the reserved iso to be install on my pc Will all my progams be move to windows 10? or will I have to reinstall all of the programs I use?  and same with personal files 

I have Windows 10 already, It keeps all your software if you choose upgrade
