The 4460 is not really a bottleneck usually, but because the 980ti is a high performance card, if you are using it to play AAA games above 1800p, then it might start to cause problems.

Doubt it'll be a bottleneck honestly in most games... Even then, 3 FPS at most...

Games like Battlefield 4 and Arma 3 will get pissy because they are more CPU bound, but you'll be fine in most to all games.

A 4460 shouldn't really bottleneck unless you're playing CPU bound games

so you are saying. . if i play at 4k or 1440p will begin to bottleneck it

Physics score? I don't believe that for one second considering an i7 5820k doesn't get that score.

I'm running a 980ti with a core i5 2500k (which is only a little faster than a 4460) and i get zero bottlenecking!! well ill have this setup until tomorrow when I'm getting a 4790k for free :D
