980ti with 4460

i know for a fact i will loose a lot of frames but how many fps?

Well technically it can handle it but I wouldn't recommend it

You'll see a drop in cpu bound games.

The 4460 is not really a bottleneck usually, but because the 980ti is a high performance card, if you are using it to play AAA games above 1800p, then it might start to cause problems.

Doubt it'll be a bottleneck honestly in most games... Even then, 3 FPS at most...

Games like Battlefield 4 and Arma 3 will get pissy because they are more CPU bound, but you'll be fine in most to all games.

If you care about 5 fps by all means get a 4690k and overclock it.

1440p is about the end of games that will not bottleneck.

Physics score? I don't believe that for one second considering an i7 5820k doesn't get that score.

I'm running a 980ti with a core i5 2500k (which is only a little faster than a 4460) and i get zero bottlenecking!! well ill have this setup until tomorrow when I'm getting a 4790k for free
