Pissed at EE (again)

I had network issues, and could return phone under terms and conditions. Guys at the store say no and "fix" my 4G, which makes the download speeds almost non-existent (5mbps, should get 30) and maxed my upload speed (15) 

I want to kill EE

What should i do about the phone as i have 2 days to return/ 

Current Rig:   CPU: AMD 1950X @4Ghz. Cooler: Enermax Liqtech TR4 360. Motherboard:Asus Zenith Extreme. RAM: 8GB Crucial DDR4 3666. GPU: Reference GTX 970  SSD: 250GB Samsung 970 EVO.  HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 2TB. Case: Phanteks Enthoo Pro. PSU: Corsair RM1000X. OS: Windows 10 Pro UEFI mode  (installed on SSD)

Peripherals:  Display: Acer XB272 1080p 240Hz G Sync Keyboard: Corsair K95 RGB Brown Mouse: Logitech G502 RGB Headhet: Roccat XTD 5.1 analogue

An AMD cpu has no place in a solely gaming build, end of.

I3 4150, Intel HD graphics, corsair CX750M, 4gb ram, Asus H81M-E, corsair 230T, Intel stock cooler WD Green 2TB Gigabyte 550TI

And they told me to retry the speedtests, and now those goons have made me use up all my internet data!

See if you could return the phone and then get a different better phone in replacement and pay the difference in price between the two.

An AMD cpu has no place in a solely gaming build, end of.

Return the phone and get a better one from Carphone warehouse. Don't let EE direct rob you blind.

Just do what I did and get the £17/mo option from three (unlimited data and texts and 200 mins of calls) and buy your own phone. It works out much, much cheaper (I worked it out to be £110 cheaper for my current phone (LG G4) and EE (my previous carrier)) Yes, you have to buy your own phone, but it's a small sacrifice.
