How Ghetto is "Desk Organiser"

Also is this safe to turn on?

It runs on a Pentium Dual Core, i think 2GBs of Ram and has a Floppy, 2x IDE HDDs (4.3gb and 40gb) 1x SATA DVD drive and iGPU.

I think the HDDs should be secured. Looks aight other than that.

This is pretty ghetto. Most ghetto thing I've done is clean a CPU using rum.

Someone told Luke and Linus at CES 2017 to "Unban the legend known as Jerakl" and that's about all I've got going for me. (It didn't work)

They you have them/had them they will rattle around and make a fair bit of noise. So if it's in your room etc, might want to put them on even some Lego bricks. Lego bricks are ghetto, right?

i think i may need to install stand offs too, i think it may be shorting out the motherboard.

I have a hdd cage somewhere, i will install that.
