hi im helping my friend build her 1st PC which she will use for gaming and a lot of video editing and such. The most graphically intensive games she played was vindictus. http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/yF8FLk This is what weve planned to build and we really prefer if its below 2K. She prefers dual monitor instead of 1 big one. I cant cheap out on the CPU and Graphics card since thats the 2 main thing shell need. I'm not quite sure if she plans to upgrade this in the future or not. Also the casing we are planning to get is this one http://www.ncix.com/detail/nzxt-noctis-450-atx-steel-16-107275-1223.htm not the one on the list.

So in conclusion i need suggestion for a 2k Gaming/Video editor PC

I would not SLI with this PSU.  If you want SLI (970s) in the future, a good PSU (price/quality) is the EVGA B2 750W semi-modular.

I changed it to a z97 motherboard in case she may want an extra graphics card in the future, 16GB RAM, much better GPU for the price and changed the monitors. The AOC monitors seem to have farily decent reviews, are IPS and have a lower response time to the one's you first chose. Also the usual cheesy black/red colour scheme :P.

I was under the impression that you would be building it for her.

I suggested raid 1 since typically content creators would want to make sure everything is backed up to prevent data loss

Well actually im not sure if she would ask me to build it. So for now lets just assume shes gonna try and build this on her own. But yeh Raid 1 is def a really good option!!
